My STORY
From Fat to Fit to Fat and Finally Fit Again
I didn't start out loving the gym. I got introduced to weightlifting through sports in middle school and high school, and honestly, it felt like a chore. But one day I looked in the mirror and knew something had to change.
I started training on my own and lost almost 50 pounds. When I got back into football, I bulked all the way up to 215 — and then had to figure it all out again from scratch.
Through years of weight fluctuations, bulking and cutting phases, and a lot of trial and error, I finally dialed it in — sitting at around 210 pounds at 15% body fat and actually understanding how I got there. That process is what made me fall in love with training. Not just the physical results, but the mental shift that comes with taking control of your body.
I got certified through ISSA because I wanted to help other people experience that same transformation. Not just the weight loss or the muscle gain — but the confidence, the discipline, and the feeling of knowing you're actually in control.
My coaching style isn't all business. Working with me is like training with a friend. I care about every client I take on and I'm genuinely invested in helping you succeed.
